We have 25 years experience in delivering health-related science and physiotherapy. We provide screening services across the country at multiple sites for national companies, as well as smaller employers.
- Various exit routes follow initial health screening to implement change and rejuvenate your workforce into a healthy, happy and productive one, which many screening companies do not provide.
This may include:
- Well-being group presentations/practical sessions to engage your workforce on topics such as weight management, back care, physical activity and cholesterol & blood pressure management.
- Individual sessions focusing on weight management, dietary analysis, physical activity prescription or physiotherapy treatments can also be provided on-site.
- Low-cost: as an independent operator we are able to better all major providers on price. Our charges vary according to the level of service and/or the number of employees involved.

Initial Screening
We are able to offer several levels of provision with various inclusions. The service can be tailored to your companies needs and may include:
- Physiotherapy sign-posting . Allow your employees to have any existing injuries checked and seek advice on on-going back, neck, joint or muscle pain, and other medical conditions.
- Aerobic endurance test. A sub-maximal VO 2 test to measure the efficiency of the heart and lungs. It is the "gold standard" of aerobic fitness measurement.
- Cholesterol test. A simple finger-tip blood sample test can provide a measurement of total and/or HDL cholesterol without the need to visit the GP.
- Blood glucose test. A simple finger-tip blood sample test can provide a measurement of blood glucose.
- Blood pressure measurement. High blood pressure is a significant risk-factor for coronary heart disease, and alarmingly is often present without having any symptoms.
- Body Mass Index & body fat %. Two evaluations of body composition. Body type and body fat distribution patterns are strongly linked to an individual's risk of coronary heart disease.
Immediate feedback is given verbally and in the form of a printed report, with additional information to help your staff understand their results and learn more. These can be produced with your corporate colours and branding to demonstrate how much your company cares for its' workforce.
Pricing is negotiable depending on the number of tests chosen and the number of employees: to give you some guidance, the price would range from £30 up to £95 for the full battery of tests. Health screening is not a P11D benefit and is an allowable expense against corporation tax, making the absolute price to the employer much less than these figures.
In order to reduce work time disruption to a minimum, improve access and inclusiveness amongst your work force we will travel to you! The testing would take, on average, 10-30 minutes. All of the tests are appropriate for the work place, are sub-maximal and do not require undressing or a change of clothing. All bookings will be handled by our 7 day week, dedicated reception staff. Our sole requirements would be a small meeting room and a power supply.

Exit Routes
We recognise the individuality of your staff, and that jogging and gyms are not for everyone. Our experience allows us to make bespoke, appropriate recommendations that are meaningful, personal and relevant to your staff. Were indicated, your employees will be signposted to our integrated range of wellness products including exercise prescription, dietary analysis/weight management and physiotherapy.
As part of the screening, or on a separate basis, we are able to offer educational talks and group sessions on many aspects of health and wellness. These include:
- Back care/core stability
- Nutrition
- Weight management
- Physical activity
- Cardiovascular risk- managing your blood pressure and cholesterol
We are able to initiate a program of change within your workforce over a period of time. This may include a combination of presentations on an annual basis, screening and/or use of our exit routes. These include physiotherapy, dietary analysis and exercise prescription.
Occupational Health Services
In addition to our wellbeing serivces, we also offer a range of occupational health services to try and combat the main causes of absence and return employees back to work sooner. We are members of the Association of Charteted Physiotherapists working in Occupational Health (ACPOH).
